Paddy Power Bingo- Play Slingo

When you sign up to pop bingo you are automatically entered into a “newbie room”. You can play in this room for free and can win 50p line, £1, two lines and £2 full house, HOWEVER it keeps repeating the same players winning. I played it for 10 days and had to sit there and watch the same players win every game. I know these games are random but this is VERY unlikely to happen over then span of 10 days. It does chuck you a few wins here and there but nothing major. Also the fruit machines are VERY hard to win from you can put hundreds in and it not payout. I would AVOID using PP as I don’t think it’s a fair play site. Also in the other bingo rooms the same thing will happen, same winners most games everyday.

Customer service doesn’t help with your issues. I signed up with the purpose to revive a 40bonus+40spins promotion. Which after depositing the required amount and playing on the eligible games. I did not receive the promotion. Customer service answers the question but then purposely soon as it comes to resolving the issue the messaging gets blocked and doesn’t allow you to send message. Funnily enough my signal was 5G therefore I didn’t loose connection my end each of the 4 times attempted!!!

So I read the t&c’s carefully to ensure that as a Paddy Power customer for sports bets I was able to sign up as a ‘new customer’ for bingo, which it clearly stated I was. The offer was to deposit and spend £10 to receive the bingo bonus, slots bonus and free spins. I didn’t receive this so contacted customer support and eventually got put through to a human being. They said ‘Oh, no that offer doesn’t apply anymore’ so I copied and pasted the relevant text to them, they said the same thing again - surely if this offer is no longer available then why are they still advertising it for new BINGO customers!? Anyway, they did honour the £10 slots bonus and a £4 games bonus, but then gave me £30 games bonus however I signed up to get the bingo bonus, which I cannot use. So maybe for some they are ok but not for me. Still waiting to hear from customer service!
