If I were to create my ideal packing app, it would look just like PackEasy: it’s beautiful, functional in every way I need, and fast. My favorite features: categories with *subcategories*, designate specific bags for items or use “single bag mode” with a single slider, photos of your items, TAGS!!!, filters, export your list to PDF, and customize colors and icons throughout the app. It’s so perfect I immediately bought the lifetime version. Suggestions for future versions: sync between devices, tap on an item photo to display at larger size. Unquestionably a 5 star app.
