The app is very convenient and easy to use. You choose your interval and start burning calories :) The reminders to change pace are very helpful, so you don’t forget when it’s time to switch. It’s more comfortable to start with a slower pace.
I came across this app through a recommendation from Claude when I wasn’t happy with another app I was using. Thank you, AI. Honestly, the only feature missing here is a companion Apple Watch app for times I might not want to bring my iPhone with me, like if I’m just walking around the park across the street. This checks every other box for me though.
I like music when I walk. If I toggle between music and walking app the sound is muted. Example: if im on the Music app I cant hear the alert sounds for change of pace bc its muted. When on the Japanese then, when on this Walking app my music mutes. If I turn up music while in this app and toggle back to the music app it breaks my eardrums. My phone is an Apple iPhone. It would be helpful too if the alert sounds were different depending on change of pace speed. Also, a longer duration of the sound would be helpful. Pls provide your email so your customers can request refunds (including yours truly).
Japanese walking turns your steps into a fat-burning workout with interval walking, alternating fast and slow paces. Boost cardio and lose weight more...
