Ozon surprised me! Needed stuff fast – found everything in one place. Prices? Solid, plus sweet discounts popped up. Delivery was crazy quick!Ordered yesterday, bam – today it's here. Wow. Everything arrived perfect, no damage. App? Super easy to use.

User friendly
It’s easy to navigate through goods and shops. Yet the part which I personally like best of all is that Ozon can deliver orders to far flung areas where other shops cannot deliver at all.

I cannot pay!!
Suddenly, after using Ozon for two years for many many purchases, the app and the website both stopped accepting all forms of payment. A new card is not accepted for entry, Apple Pay does not work, and all my current credit cards fail. The cards and Apple Pay all work at every other vendor online and offline, but at Ozon, nothing is accepted. I live in the Moscow region and during the lockdown this was a serious inconvenience. Please fix the app so that I can again make purchases. Thank you.
