This app helped me a lot to understand the irregularity of my cycle and provided accurate advice to improve my hormonal balance and overall health. Ava is by far one of the most advanced women’s health tools that I’ve seen, it presents complex information in a very easy to understand way. I would really recommend this tool for women who are monitoring their ovulation, want to get pregnant or want to understand the regularity (or irregularity;)) of their cycle. 5 stars!
