If you are a fitness enthusiast I 100% recommend you this app. Even if you are just someone who likes to workout you will love it. Very easy to navigate through it, and very easy to use. I love the app features. I have my workouts in the app, I track my progress, and I can socialize with people I share the same passion and find new workouts and exercises on the platform all the time.
I have been looking for a workout app to truly help me want to start getting active again and involved in taking care of my body. (OverLoad Fitness) has done that for me and much more. The user friendly interface paired with the great workout structure you get from the detailed sessions makes you look forward to your next grind! It’s fun and rewarding!
Switched from Strong to Overload and it’s been great so far. More functionality at the free tier and feels much more invisible when I’m entering numbers mid-workout, where Strong was doing way too much and distracting me from the reason I’m in the gym: to workout. Definitely recommend Overload if you haven’t tried it already!
