I have been using this device and the app for over two years to control our borehole pump. Still works perfectly. Very happy!

Automation is not working. Does not want to pick up my location - eventhough location settings are on. Send messages to Support, yet getting to support

Unit worked fine on its own. As soon as I added a second unit for my pond it kept losing settings on the first timer that was setup. After multiple attempts I gave up and only used the one for my pool. Worked brilliantly for a few months and then just lost all settings and I could not connect to it again. Tried for a whole morning but could not connect. Took it out and threw it away.
