I enjoy working with OTR. They are the best. Always working to help small fleet trucking companies. We are grateful to have them working all our invoices. We have never had issue with getting paid. I’ve been using them for almost a year and they personally haven’t given me any issues when it comes to factoring. It’s easy to upload documentation and easy to access the app. The app currently has a bug where it says that “New Update is available “ but there isn’t one. My only complaint is that if you are dormant in the system and wish to use them again, you can’t find out whether brokers factor with OTR on the app or not since you can’t sign in and paste their MC number. I’m writing this last section because I’m currently dealing with this.

Overall app is great. Using it for almost six months. Previously, the app used to remember my login credentials and I didn’t had to type in the email and password for months - just like facebook etc. In this app update, I’m noticing that I have to login every time I open the app. I don’t like to type my email/password 4,5 times in a day just to check broker’s credit rating. Sometimes it’s frustrating. It will be great if it remembers my username/password so I don’t have to type it in every time. Thanks.
