I don’t Understand what’s the update for to make worse or supposed to fix the problem ? Update rejects Bluetooth connection completely your connect go back enough doesn’t want to connect you go back to Bluetooth. It’s out again and I gotta do like 10-20 times or what we’re paying for something they’re experimenting learning with our money and paying them for what ? Fix the problem that's a big issues. We can't connect the devices and we're gonna need one year free subscription. Could you start losing money? That's when you're gonna turn your head on and fix the problem because you're screwing up the customer and you still get paid you don't care about the customers all you care is the checks come in Thank God for the stupid idiots customers supporting our junk :(((

I bought this and worked great first two times I did regen. Plug and play. But now I’m having big issues. First of all can’t log into my account. Gives me “authenticate” error. Called customer service and they gave me temporary log in till they fix the issue. Logged in a tried again and now it’s having issues connecting to Bluetooth device. When I finally do get it to connect it won’t do regen. I try clearing all Cummins codes and generic codes and prompts with “failed”. I feel like the app is very buggy and only works half the time in my experience. Customer service is responsive. They even call back on missed calls. But they are open 8 to 5 or something like that. I’ve had this problem for weeks now and still can’t regen or clear codes. I’m sure they’ll eventually fix it but right now I’m not happy with my experience. 3 stars only because they are responsive with issues but still can’t use it till they fix bugs

The OTR Performance app is too buggy right now and needs to be fixed. First off, I have to turn off and on the Bluetooth on my iPad which I use the app with for the communication to update in real time instead of having a serious lag Second, in the Live Data when I was reading specific gauges like Fuel Economy if it goes to 0mpg when accelerator was let off going down hill, the gauge would close out and back to the main Live Data page Third, I used the Forced DPF Regen last night and after two minutes I started the regen, the app claimed it was finished while the actual regen continued for the next hour Fourth, Live Data gauges were rearranged in the new updates and there are some gauges not available anymore. I hope there’s a setting page where user are allowed to click on the gauges they want showing in the Live Data tab
