Can’t download files
On a job with the BLK360 right now. The App gets stuck after 25% trying to load files from the system on latest PadOS. So can’t to the job I’m on. Leica – please overhaul the whole app ecosystem around the LIDAR systems and provide clear workflows leading to industry standard formats and interfaces. The hardware is good though.

App failed to launch
I logged into the app on my IPad and it said I “exceeded the amount of devices allowed” however this is the only device I’ve used for this app and it won’t let me remove any devices

Incredibly PoorlyDesigned
It’s a simple need... i want to scan a location and download the data. I would give this app 5 stars if that’s all it did. But that one operation is nearly impossible. Instead there are a myriad of tools I don’t need or want. This is possibly the most frustrating software I have ever used on an iPad.
