Organic Nomenclature

The lessons are brief. I think prior knowledge and using the app as a secondary studying tool it is a great way to practice nomenclature as well as to become for familiar with a variety of different functional groups. It is fun and intuitive to use. I purchased extra material (there are two expansions currently priced at $1.99 each) I am finding them well worth the cost as they include more detailed and complicated material than the free base material. Overall I would recommend using the app as a fun study tool/refresher.

I am a college drop out, technically. I joined the military and had to put my premed path on a semester break, but when I return I’m anticipating taking organic chemistry. This app is helping significantly by allowing me to become more familiar with the nomenclature of organic compounds. Thanks ! I have encountered no flaws and the information so far has been accurate. I would also advise watching khan academy videos if anyone is learning organic chem. Best!

I took organic chemistry as an undergrad, but dropped the class and recently decided to learn organic chemistry on the side to help me understand certain concepts at work. I chose the nomenclature app because I remember enjoying that lesson in class. The material was very straight-forward, concise, and easy to understand. The emojis are cool too... makes the app fun! The LITE definitely proved to me that the real app will be a winner!
