Trail expired not using. Was charged over $100 before I realized what charge was for. Asked for a refund. Once they get your money it's gone. Just don't fall into the subscription trap.

I signed up for a 60 day trial for $7. I tried it couldn’t do much due to my disabilities, but oh well I tried and I’m out $7. Over a month later they bill me full price. I ask for a refund as I was under the impression that is was a two month trial and I can’t really do it. They said I never canceled so I’m liable for the year membership! It was a paid two month trail! I never saw anything saying I had to cancel or be billed full price. Be very Leary of the wording, they’re only about the money and will intentionally mislead you to get more.

I paid my initial discounted price for the first month but have no access until the app until I pay for their “premium” fee with “unlimited” access. I was charged and have zero access to the options on the app.
