Order Management for Business

I needed to be able to upload my inventory without keying every single item. Alejandro and team worked over the weekend to update their app to make that happen. Great communication and speed of service! The app works great!

This app has been pretty good for my small business. The $10/mo is worth it for all the features It has. A few suggestions I have that would make it easier to use. 1. Have an option to mark an order shipped, and then delivered. It’s nice being able to mark it paid but I need an option to mark the orders have been shipped and delivered. 2. Have an easier way to delete or edit notes created on accounts. There is no option to edit and only an option to delete if it’s in a draft mode. 3. Have a section to input tracking information for orders instead of having to put it in generic account notes. A specific field would be very helpful. 4. Have the option to edit an order after it’s been released- to make any edits or changes you have to cancel the order and redo it.
