Awful app with awful customer service. Their app malfunctioned and paid the services at our building while a session was already in use. I reached out for a refund and they were short and rude to me.

No refunds! No customer service!! Top up with caution!!!
Made a top up early summer thinking it would last me until the end of the year, this was protein bars, water and snacks for family at local gym. Slowly each machine removed Orain as a payment application. I’ve sent many emails and tried calling Orain about refunding my now I spendable credit of nearly 50€. Apple should remove this app.
