Easy to use and helpful customer service
Super user-friendly with the pins letting me know what chargers are available with what connecter type! Whenever I had a question or need assistance they are super responsive and helpful.

Data harvesting?
Used out of necessity but won’t continue, turned off location data. The most cumbersome and detail collecting of the ev charging systems I’ve used.

Too much data
I’m not sure you need all the info about me you ask for. Password process is old and restrictive. Should let you choose system-generated password. Should let you use AppleID for sign up. Should let you sign up on web. Waste of time. Deleted. Just hope I’m not held to ransom somewhere and have to use this rubbish to charge. Associated partners should review.
