The App is getting easier to use! Thank you!
The app has frequent shut downs. It is nonfunctional when needed most. “Try back later” doesn’t work when you need to see the patient now! Dialysis patients are at the unit at specific times, not “later” when the app is working. Several times this week, I have MISSED dialysis rounds due to the app not functioning when I need to see the patient. Rounds aren’t rounds when you are blind to the patient’s data. Sure, you can go back later, but that doubles the time needed to treat a patient and greatly increases the likelihood of missing something. DaVita gives us no choice. FIX THIS APP. PLEASE.
the app works pretty good. Only complaint is that they do updates Sunday during the day when I have the time to play catch up. Feel like it would be better if they updated in the middle of the night. It also keeps us from looking up the patients while rounding at the hospital over the weekend.
