This app is no doubt a great app, works with absolute smoothness, no bugs. But their customer support is a nightmare. Firstly, getting connected to a representative is totally a good luck. Secondly, if connected to a representative, they take more than the time required to answer your queries. Also, their Twitter handle doesn't reply most of the times. Only, if it is an appreciation tweet, you will get reply very quickly. Else, any complaint tweet will go unanswered, or even unseen. They seriously need to look after their support system.
