But at the same time, it randomly stops working without any reason, and it’s honestly so frustrating. I’ve contacted the team multiple times, and they keep suggesting to disconnect and reconnect — but even after doing that repeatedly, the issue still comes back. When it comes to automating DMs, sometimes it doesn’t even show newly posted reels. That’s the most annoying part — especially when a reel is already live, but I can’t automate responses for it. Info AI, you really need to work on fixing these bugs. At least make sure the app runs smoothly without such frequent issues — especially since this is a paid subscription. That said, it is a really good app in terms of features… it just needs serious improvements in performance and reliability.
