Overall the app is amazing, i love the simplicitiy and organization of all my enetries inside of my journals. It really gives the feeling of reading from a book and i love that experience. I love the convinence of being able to have on all devices and having one account that keeps all of my things saved. I will say the app is slow and it always has to take a second to reload every time you click off somewhere to write or edit something with in a sentence. I feel like it is a bug that continuosly happens every time on my computer, i haven't seen much on other devices, but since my computer is where i mainly write it is hard to constanly have to wait for the app to reload in order for me to continue. The worse part is when the app crashes and then losing all of the work that was done and having to start over from scratch.
I really enjoy and appreciate this app. I’ve always used my notes app to write things down, but I wanted something more organized and prettier. I wish you were allowed more than one journal however, because it would make things much easier. Other than this, I recommend this to everyone and anyone.
Long-time user of the previous version of this app. When you download the new version, it will let you migrate your data from the old one. I was hoping this version would fix all the bugs I notified the developer about- however it did not. The new update does not have any visible differences from the first version aside from a subscription that you need to pay for unless you are a long-time user of the previous app. The old app was deleted to make room for the ‘new app.’ You still cannot reach them through their customer service email, which I have tried to multiple times. I’m really hoping to change my rating, because I want to love this app and encourage others to download it, but at this time I simply cannot see the point due to inactivity on the developer’s end. UPDATED RESPONSE ••• The syncing was not fixed for me, all my books are glitching and are out of order, same as the last version of the app. It does not allow me to send feedback or contact through the app: The message pop-up reads as: Unable to send auto send mail. I have sent multiple emails to the email address and received no response. ••• Still no response from the developer to any of my inquiries. UPDATE! The developer responded to my emails and is saying they will fix bugs and even thought the suggestions to add features to the app were good and said they would implement them in the future.
