I’m so disappointed and frustrated with this new OM bank app. My app has not been working for 3 days now. I am not able to access my funds. I tried calling customer care and logging a complaint but they didn’t help me at all. They keep telling me that my phone’s system is not updated or my connection might be bad but that’s not true. I updated my iOS system and I have a perfectly working Wi-Fi but the app is still not working. I truly regret switching to OM bank. I never had this problem with the old money account. I’m even thinking of closing this account honestly.
Please fix the paysharp feature.. don’t to say we should delete the number user from the other back.. allow user to still us the same number as the other banks to use paysharp
The app has only basic features and doesn’t compare at all with the other banking apps despite Old Mutual’s CEO stating that “We’ve had the benefit of watching, learning, and understanding what works – and more importantly, what customers truly value in a digital banking experience”. The app doesn’t even allow one to do daily, weekly or monthly repeat or scheduled payments which essentially means that you have to MANUALLY load in the regular payments one normally does every week or month eg. rent, bond, levy, school fee payments etc. every time a payment has to be made. This is a basic feature on all the other banking apps and certainly a feature one would expect in a banking app released in 2025.
