Love the idea of a tinder style app to swipe for dates, though over half of them are movies and shows that waste your daily swipes, or expensive tours that nobody would want to take in their area except tourists. I would also really like to use the check in feature better, and see my partners results, but all it tells me is if our answers differed at all, there should really be more questions than rating on a 1-5 star basis for each other’s days, and it should show what the partner rated too. I like the idea of this app a lot, and so does my partner, but right now it just feels unfinished. We also get tons of notifications about matching dates and stuff, but can’t actually click on them to see what the new match was, which is unfortunate when we already have some saved matches, making it hard to tell what the new one is. UI is also kinda complicated, since it seems like you should be able to do more than you actually can.

Honestly, I love the idea of this app and I can see it all coming together throughout the updates. Given that this is a new app, I am giving it time to build itself up and being the most indecisive Libra that I am, I sometimes never know what to do with the love of my life and the swiping feature of the dates idea section in this app is so genius to me! It helps me and my love decide what to do other than binge watch The Office or play COD. We basically both swipe on dates and it suggests dates to us that we both have swiped right on. This way, I know that it’s not just me that found that date idea interesting but also him. I don’t really write much reviews for apps because I can’t pinpoint what I really like about an app but I thought swiping on dates was so genius and im so wowed even writing about it right now. Something about the color choices in the app and the idea behind it is so wow & I def recommend for all the couples out there.

The user interface is great, the options it offers are fantastic. This app has honestly made the process of finding new and unique date ideas that both my girlfriend and I enjoy simpler, less stressful, more extensive, and honestly better in every way. Every date I’ve booked using Official has been unique and something both my girlfriend and I wanted to do. Just searching online for restaurants or dates always required deciding on what the date should be beforehand and that meant things I (or my partner) already knew about or places we had already been to/similar options to places we’ve been to before. On top of that, Google/Yelp searched places didn’t always end up being a hit. My favorite part about this app is the breadth of the date options, places that don’t always come to mind because neither my girlfriend or I had actually been there before. It’s not just other art museums or other (for example) Italian restaurants. It’s things I’ve never thought of.
