Have used this camera with 2 different iPhones & struggle every time. Will it connect through the wi-fi connection has always been the challenge. If it does get connected it will work most of the time but will intermittently lose connection or say WiFi disconnected. Hard to use when recording training videos that requires a POV video for demonstration.

You will either battle your sanity, or you will battle the app!!! It constantly crashes it says that the Wi-Fi has been disconnected, but it will continue to record. Eleni will have to battle with the app to get the videos to even load on the app and if they do load, didn’t you gonna go crazy battling your sanitytrying to get them to play the video will pop up. It’ll show you a size of the video but you can’t watch it because it won’t play. There needs to be a huge update to this app to fix these issues.

I was so excited and couldn't wait until my new camera arrived. I make videos and wanted to be hands free and have Wi-Fi so I can view my every move in real time. I've read the whole pamphlet, downloaded this app and made sure I followed instructions But it only worked for one brief test Wi Fi video. After setting the camera down for a few weeks to cool off I wanted to try again today and Sadly I'm even More frustrated at this point!!! I don’t know what to do since I’ve uninstalled and reinstalled a couple times plus rebooted my iPhone but to no avail I can’t connect the device. The camera will say “Wi-Fi On” but it says “Check Wi-Fi connection”…Please Help Me🙏, Nancy Underwood
