Quite a handy tool for tracking time. I currently use it to track the couple of hours I spend on the treadmill, limit the amount of time I spend on my PlayStation, and also manage my workload between my projects. Using this application as a whole has become easier and the level of awareness will increased significantly. Strongly recommend!
