I don’t understand why everyone is upset, app works fine, gives me my grades, and does all the things that the web version does. I think web version was a little more clunky than this though so that’s good. Also, I wish they would add what badges actually do, but that’s really my only complaint

The app is completely useless. Incredibly hard to sign in if it ever lets you. At first attempt after phone update, it continues to tell me I’ve reached the maximum attempts to sign in- again on first try. Not even an option for “forgot password” to reset. Before when i was able to sign in, it never had students grades updated in the app even though the website had them. Very complicated app and needs to be fixed.

too much extra information without important things like gpa, and if it is on there it’s very difficult to find. some things to find them require you to go into one main section then a subsection then another subsection, it’s just overly complex for no reason. one thing about parent portal was virtual report cards, and while we haven’t reached the end of a quarter i don’t think it’ll be the same. i liked that with paws you could open the pdf and see your grade average, generic comments, issues, concerns, etc, with a key corresponding to those. i also liked being able to see test scores and what not through it’s dedicated section, now i can’t seem to find anywhere that i can find that. overall, bad navigation and not enough important information. parent portal was a lot easier to navigate and that made it easy to find what you need.
