OBD2 Scanner ELM327: GaragePro

iPhone 15 Pro Max - App does not load past splash screen. Tried two different phones.

App worked really well for a long time with my Volvo S60. I am having issues doing a full scan for error codes. It stops at 4% and doesn’t go further. The clear codes are working like a charm. Is there an issue?

So I originally gave this a one star review and said it was a scam. I got an email after my purchase and I responded to the email with a request for a refund or help, the support was very good and very responsive. Turns out the scanner I have does not work with this app, I think they should have a list of approved scanner devices that will work with this app because the app itself seems like it would work well. They were very helpful and guided me on how to get a refund. I might be a five-star product for someone who has the right scanner for it to work but their customer service is very good so even if it doesn’t work I’ll give them a three stars to be fair.
