A friend of mine recommended this app to me and I really like it. I like the “Sleep” collection that includes relaxing sounds of nature. Their sounds are crisp, clear, and realistic. They help me calm down and relax when I need a break during the day. What I like most is their guided meditations. For the times when I have trouble going to sleep at night I use one of the guided meditations to fall asleep. They are a combination of slow and calming music and a voice to guide you. The sounds are very calming and help me slow my mind down and fall asleep easier. The guided meditations are very helpful, sometimes I even fall asleep before the session is completed. Overall, I really enjoy this app and really recommend it wether you have experience or are new to meditation.

Wow! This app definitely gives off tranquil vibes, from the cute graphics when you open it, to the audiobooks and guided meditations. I’ve really gotten into guided meditations this year as a way of taking care of my mental and emotional wellness while working and being a full time student. With my busy schedule I used to only rotate through 3 meditations because I didn’t have a lot of time to go searching for new ones that I liked. This app makes it really easy to find a guided meditations for self-love, relaxation, anxiety, etc. and they’re already curated! Super helpful!
