Horrible customer service
I’m trying to cancel my subscription but your website won’t let me there’s no place to sign in or cancel when I called the Leisure Spa Company they were not helpful at all lazy did not want to help I wish I didn’t buy my spa from this store!!

Very useful
I love this app! I have a very busy life and sometimes forget to take care of my tub. This has solved both issues. If I forgot and the water got a little funky, no worries, it walks me through the steps to take, to remedy the problem. Although now I have next to no issues because of OCare and how you can set a reminder in your phone to check your hot tub and add OCare every week, so I don’t forget. Very much recommend to anyone.
