The activation is so complicated and time-consuming. You can have the dictionary active on 2 devices (no complaints here), but if you change your phone, for example, you cannot deactivate through the app and activate it on the new phone. You will need to send an email to them, explaining the situation, and ask them to deactivate the old device so you can activate the new one. What could be resolved in a few clicks may take days. I understand you want to prevent users from installing on multiple devices or sharing licenses, but there are many better ways to implement this. See how Dropbox does it, or apps where you can deassociate a device to log in to a new one.
I went to the Apple Store in Florence because I couldn’t get my application “Dizionario Garzanti Italiano” to work on my iPad. The Italian man who helped me couldn’t get it to work either but recommended a dictionary that he had used as a student: “Nuovo Devoto-Oli”. After three months, and using it every day, I couldn’t be any happier with it.
