The new update is absolutely horrible. They make you share a ride with several people, and instead of basing the trip based on efficiency they do it based on who got on the car first. So, if I book a ride that is a 5 minute distance away, it will take me 15 minutes away because the person before booked that ride. What is supposed to be a 5 minute car ride has become as long as 30 minutes. I prefer the old SafeRide, because at least I can wait the 30 minutes in the comfort of my house, rather than in a car with several other people. Bring back the old safe ride please, or at least have more vans.
There is a mandatory 4min wait for each passenger and the map is no where close to being precise. Needs significant improvement.
I have an iPhone SE (2020), and there is no option to cancel a ride because the UI does not allow me to scroll down to the cancel option. A lot of bugs and terrible code that doesn’t work for smaller devices like mine.
