The app itself is fine but the service and support of this bank is awful. simple chance of personal data was not made during 4 month, and I provided a lot of wood documents to make them do it. no result
It's logging me offvwithout any reason, I have tovundergo full login process as if it "forgotten" my data, although I still received transaction notifications.
Nubank has completely transformed the way I manage my finances. The app is super intuitive, fast, and transparent. No hidden fees, instant notifications, and great customer service. I love how easy it is to track spending, manage my card, and get credit options tailored to me. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a modern and reliable banking experience!
I wouldn’t trust these guys with peso of my money or access to my credit bureau report. These guys are absolutely disqualified for handling money or anything related to it. they kept telling me that my RFC was incorrect, and I kept showing them the documents from Hacienda, as well as showing them the RFC that they gave me with the link that this ridiculous bank provided for me to get my RFC. But they kept blaming me that their system was changing it when I was entering it when it’s their system that automatically changes it. Their peers in the financial industry, completely laugh. When you mention their name, the people I know that have their card here in the Los Cabos area. Do not use it at all and consider it to be a hassle. Stay away from these guys. There’s much better and much more professional people to deal with the handle your money. These guys of clowns that pay no attention to anything you have to say and even though they’re wrong and just tell you, they’re always right and we’ll just make you run around in circles. If you don’t pay attention here, don’t be surprised when you have a substantial amount of money on hold with these idiots and they are not releasing it for you to live your life. I’m not gonna take that chance.
My elderly, non tech savvy mother has been trying to open an account for weeks, submitting everything they ask for, and following up and still no account access. This is for a SAVINGS account, as in she wants to give them money! I get that they have to be careful and confirm she is who she says she is, but they have all info, how much more do they need?! And no communication from them at all, we have to reach out for status updates and again, it’s been weeks. The app only works to prompt you to “invite others to bank with them,” WHAT?! How can we recommend, we have no access and it’s been a mess. This is for Nu Mexico and I agree that that responses are canned, they do not read what you write and are overly friendly and unprofessional in their responses (like the person above said, we are not friends but a bank and client relationship). We have decided to move on and bank elsewhere, their loss.
They rejected my ID verification 4 times with no explanation other than "your pictures weren't clear enough." I did EVERYTHING I could to submit perfect pictures, including using a friend's brand-new iPhone camera. I followed up with the support chat each time and they gave me the same useless steps on how to take clearer pictures. The worst part? After the 4th time, they ghosted me! I followed up twice afterwards by email and no one ever responded. DO NOT recommend -- useless customer service.
