Adding InfoSparks on the go would be incredibly helpful. The Advanced Search tool is clunky. I wish it had more search options, or that I could pull up saved/auto searches. I wish the map had a satellite option. Being able to search for properties with private notes to recall what I thought about it would be awesome.
You can choose to either “add to favorites” or “add to discarded”, with the same button. Frustratingly, when you add to “discarded”, the home still shows up in search results and also has the star illuminated next to it(the star is illuminated if you *either* favorite or discard a property) so you have to click on the star to see if this property is a favorite or a discard. What is the point of being able to “discard” properties if they continue to show up in searches, and on top of that they are “starred” in searches. Ridiculous.
I’m so thankful for this App.
