Nordic Flow: Breathwork

Coherence breathing is my favorite part. I play this recording every night before bed and I’m able to fall asleep much more quickly now. Highly recommend for sleep support and for general relaxation.

The Nordicflow Breathwork app has been such a great tool for my recovery. I love how easy it is to just press play and be guided through a session, whether I only have a few minutes or want something longer. It takes the thinking out of it for me and has become an important part of my routine between hard training sessions.

Please fix the audio crashing- I love the app and use it everyday (or so) . is it possible to download the Chakra series to keep on phone so it doesn’t start over?
