Instructions for setting up the personalization are unclear with the conclusion of one sentence missing. The personalization does work I guess but even a web search didn’t provide clear instructions. Phones are pretty nice though.

The headphone sound quality is fantastic, especially when using the custom equalizer. However, I wish there were more preset options such as R&B, Lounge, and others. The main issue is with the ANC—when it’s turned on, it doesn’t seem to work well at all. This definitely needs to be fixed as soon as possible.

The app works! It could use some extra stuff though, the button assignments are nice but it’s be cool to assign the single tap also. Eq is simple, though it IS a free app, but would be cool to get a bit more fine tuning. It’s really cool you can store your own EQ’s though.
