NMLS Practice Test 2026 by ABC

I passed the exam with an 80% after cramming hard all night with this app the night before the exam. This was after getting a 74% with a previous attempt after only taking the pre-licensing course without additional study materials.

App performed well, but there’s some questions that are NOT remotely on the SAFE exam, specifically the match questions requiring you to calculate monthly mortgage payments without the use of financial calculator for the exam, the NMLS doesn’t ask you that, I spent excess time remembering mortgage factors when I should’ve been reading fine print of situational MLO activity…did I pass? Yes, but I used a variety of prep sources. The one benefit of this app is the questions are hard and they try & trick you like the SAFE exam, but more questions are needed because you start to burn through the content here out of sheer memory instead of thinking & studying further into the industry. Deleted the app the day I took my test

The app will ask you questions and will let you know the answer if you got it wrong but the best part is that additionally if you get the pro vertion you will see and explanation of the answer that you MUST read to understan the question. I will guive 1000% rate if posible to this app. Just what I was looking.
