Thank You Nike! First time using this app. It is very easy to use and design. I like how the app saves designs you make. That way you are able to go back and modify without having to redesign the whole shoe again. I did call customer support once when I started because I am not good with most any apps. They were very nice and patient. The person I spoke to seem to really care and wanting to help me to find a particular shoe I was looking for to start with my base design. Once they found the shoe I wanted to design he walked me through the general process. It’s extremely user friendly! If I can do it being extremely electronically and app challenged. Anyone should be able to use this app affectively. I originally downloaded it to check it out for my teenager to see if it would be a great birthday gift for her. So she could design her own shoe. I can’t believe I knew something before she did and it was a huge hit with her. This is definitely going to be a staple birthday and Christmas gift for all three of my kids to be able to design their own tennis shoe. I particularly like that you can put your initials or some type of team abbreviation completely custom on the back logo area of the shoes! My only small disappointment is that I wish there were a few more color options. In the particular design I was doing I wanted to do it in my sports colors. Nike had all my colors except yellow. Thats my only small disappointment. That’s why I still gave the app five stars⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️👍 P.S Just Do It 👟
Looked online at your website for a salute to service sweatshirt Chicago bears adult xl said out of stock. Pushed chat and got someone who we went thru options he found one at a Nike store in Chicago IL. Gave me address and phone number my daughter called cause she lives in Chicago and they automatically said no we don't have one and was very short and hung up. Very unprofessional (1st mistake). So i called your store ( the same store) a kid answered the phone and said let me look and came right back and said nope were out of them. He put me on hold and came back to the phone faster than I could walk from my kitchen to my bathroom. ( 2 mistake). So i reached back to customer service online from your website to the same guy and he called they told him they had one left and put it to the side for me....I was so happy and excited and great full so I called the store to just double check and asked for a manager. The store manager got on the phone her name was Alesha she confirmed she had it and was holding it for me we went thru the whole item to make sure it was the right one...style, size, color, where the labels were....we went completely over this to make sure because it is a long drive for my daughter. So my daughter went there all excited paid for gas and and parking, went into the store to only find out that it was a kids xlarge. This is completely unacceptable especially for a store manager to be involved and this to happen and one upset and disappoint a long time customer and make them travel far distance to be completely disappointed on something promised by your company.
I had ordered some shoes which were being released I was able to purchase them. They had no issues taking the money for them. I waited for the shoes which were to be delivered. I waited for the date they were expected to show up at my home. I received nothing. I called in to ask about my order they told me fedex had picked them up to reach out to them. I reached out to fedex they had no idea about any package they told me they were still most likely at the Nike facility so I called Nike back and then they told me that the shoes were no longer available that they would give me a refund back. I not only waited a few months for the shoes to release but also had to wait the day of release to be able to purchase them. I told them I would wait to hear back to see if there had been a mistake to see if maybe they could track down the package. I waited a couple day still nothing I was never contacted by anyone. I called them back I spoke to a representative explained my issue to her in them which the representative told me they had the shoes in stock and they would replace the order and have it sent out within 7-10 business days and I will get a confirmation through email. I thought issue resolved so I waited until the day to see if I would get and email confirmation again nothing. I called back asked the representative of the order had been reshipped they told me there was no order placed because the shoes were no longer in stock. Overall I expected better service with Nike and to have just made it seem as if The customer had did something wrong. It was just a complete mess from the start on their behalf. I didn’t want my money back I wanted the shoes that I had paid for.
