How do you find an international brand that does not update the products inside the warehouse periodically to see if the product is available or not to facilitate the customer experience, every time you order, they cancel the order on the pretext that it is not available, and this is a simple thing that even Chinese companies do correctly. Bad technical support without any benefit as if I was talking with artificial stupidity

This app is just so bad when i created a account i gave them all the information they needed then when i clicked create account it kicked me out and i really wanted to buy football boots and some travis scott shoes since i cant find them in the official stores here in saudi arabia please fix this problem thanks!

Why do i need to buy from the local store through online. Or even why am I forced to use it from the beginning?! I believe we all have the right to choose from which store to buy the products, if as you say for faster delivery then let the people decide on that. I am not on a rush to get my order faster. Also the local store doesn’t offer variety and limited on stock plus higher prices. Please reconsider and let us decide on where we want to buy from.
