The app itself works quite well. My only complaint is that the watch complications are far too small to read. For the smaller one I can see the color but itโs impossible to read the value. And for the larger complication, it would be great if thefe was an option to just see the latest value in a much larger font rather than the latest 3 readings in tiny writing that is too difficult to read.
Working well for 2 days on iPhone then reading wonโt change, its showing reading -1200 min. Gluroo is working fine. Turned the phone on and off, uninstalled the app 3 times still showing the same reading. Can anyone help? Updated: Thank you for the response. I have waited 20+ hours until the countdown minutes reached 0 then my Apple Watch gave the same readings as Gluroo but on my iPhone the readings wouldnโt change, still counting +1, +2, +3, โฆ minutes for a while (30+ minutes ) then everything seems to reset. Now everything matches and working great. Thank you. (FYI: Could the problem come from forwarding the time on my iPhone? I have forwarded it for 24 hours and then changed back to automatic for a few times to do something before this problem occurs)
Was able to setup and configure Nightscout using the walk thru.Like the app a lot. Looks like a great group of folks have contributed to this project.I can't understand why alerts are not able to sound when the phone is locked. This limits the usability of the app greatly during the day. I'm sure this has been addressed. Must be a good reason. Also my data is delayed 2-3 minutes from the Dexcom follow data. Sugarmate populates as quickly as Dexcom. The way data is routed to the Nightscout site must cause the delay. I can live with 2 min. delay but kind of a bummer. If the alerts were always active / able to be received by notifications (no matter what my phone's screen is doing), this would be awesome. As it is, I got to stick with the Dexcom Follow app (terrible and annoying alerts I can't adjust) and Dexcom's increasingly poor and disconnected support. Is there any chance of making this app more usable--beyond sitting on my nightstand with the screen dimmed. Or just a handy way to tap into the Nightscout website if I'm curious? We mainly use the follow app as a way to monitor our son's glucose in realtime, wherever we have Wi-Fi / cell data. He might be outside playing or in his room on the other side of the house. The bluetooth limitations (maybe 20ft.) of the receiver make it impractical to be our primary source of alerting us. So we need our phones to act like his receiver basically with the alarms.Appreciate what yall are doing with this app!
