Will not open
Looking for information about a coin. The one offered for sale when I used the numbers came up as good when I looked for pop data it listed one as details and did not show the one I was interested in. A seller is most likely going to lose the sale . I updated the app and it does not seem to want to open correctly

Hard to navigate
NGC needs to update this app. Remember guys people are trusting you to grade their coins and if they can’t even navigate your site, it doesn’t look good.

Genuinely the Worst I’ve Seen
Had some NGC coins added to the collection recently and wanted to add them to my digital collection like I do with my PCGS coins. THE APP IS TERRIBLE. None of it actually does anything, it just sends you to the website to do things. Along with this, the app signs you out once you close it making you log back in. This feels like a high schooler built an app for a class project and submitted it for like a letter grade of C-. Genuinely so terrible and the reason I’m going to be sticking with PCGS.
