So they advertise one set of prices and charge another. After getting with them multiple times over the issue and providing screenshots of them charging me the wrong price they refuse to refund me telling me once again per their policy my case isn’t grounds for a refund I ended up finding out that I signed up for 7.99 week and they charged me 9.99 once I cancelled the subscription they continued billing me 9.99 a week directly out of my bank account. They tried to make several excuses allowing them to do this such as telling me I failed to read a licensing agreement or terms including even going so far to say I misunderstood something. I sent you all the proof you needed and still told me my case wasn’t grounds for a refund that is deceptive business practices and fraud. This app needs to be reported and removed from the Apple store. Do not download this app they will steal from you. Per my final conversation with them led me to believe that my refund request I believed I was going to get previously was actually not put in to be processed as they said it was. This app needs to be reported to the Federal trade commission as well.

I hate to use the word love in relation to an AI program but I really do love having the information this program provides so quickly. This is more than an assistant. The program seems to be an expert with me as an unequal assistant. The program provides information i forgot to ask about. My two main issues have been losing the chat and talking too much.

I had no clue I would be getting charged $10 a week for a subscription to this sub-par application. You don’t even get access to recent data for any kind of information. When queried, I would get a response that gave me answers that were dated and did not have information for anything past 2023. when I asked why, it said that it did not have access to the newest versions. I also has NO clue I was automatically signing up for a subscription, certainly not a weekly subscription that would cost me $40 a month. Furthermore, that subscription doesn’t get listed through your Apple subscription, it is done separately and doesn’t show up when looking at subscriptions in the settings.
