Neuvana

I have typically listened to music when I get up in the morning so transitioning to using the Neuvana set was seamless. I think one of my favorite parts of using these headphones, and more so something I’ve noticed on the newest set (I was a first-gen adopter) is that it feels like it connects to your brain waves on a level that can’t be replicated with normal headphones. Hard to explain in words and don’t know if everyone experiences the same thing. This along with the subtle stress reduction and calm makes the investment in wellness totally worth it. Kudos to the entire team at Neuvana continuing to improve technology and taking care of buyers through excellent customer service! Thank you!

I had been taking sleeping medicine for far too long and finally decided to stop depending on medication to go to bed. Xen was the biggest game changer for me to get back not just in a normal sleeping routine, but to get better sleep than I ever had on my sleep meds. I use Xen almost every night and it helps calm my anxiety and truly get REM sleep without waking up multiple times at night. Truly changed my sleep and my overall health!

Xen is definitely a substantial update from the original Nervana device from a few years ago. The fact that it is now app-based is huge, with a rechargeable lithium battery instead of the 9 volt powered original. The sound quality of the earbuds is WAY beyond those from the old Nervana product as well. The quick start guide is very helpful and the app is user-friendly. For me personally, my main usage is about 30 minutes prior to going to bed. I’m someone that rarely sleeps for more than few hours at a time. With Xen, 7 hours has become my norm and I can’t even describe the increase in how both I feel and how productive I am on a daily basis. Major asset in stress-relief/management as well. Strongly recommend that you get one for yourself!
