Why would you use a membership number to login? I never received a membership number when i signed up, so i have been sitting with an app i couldn’t use until i called the call centre. Make an easier way to onboard users. Also, no one will ever memorise their member number. Just leverage on what your users know. You are putting a memory load on your users and its highly unnecessary.

Very poor user experience
Login works fine. But the home page disappears. Text is overlapping each other. Definitely needs to be reworked.
