Months ago, I had made a great choice in enrolling in this school. Good location, award-winning school, monitoring of the evolution of grades and online /biometric attendance and many extra activities for student development, and much more. The school that states that the student is responsible for controlling his attendance, being mandatory to make his biometric clock in/clock out, and any unscheduled absence must be reported to the school administration. Everything seems perfect when we find out that the school does not analyse occasional incidents. Only incidents with general impact related to biometric marking. What do I mean by that? Biometrics has several times had failures, and the student's attendance is not recorded, either in the student's entry or exit or in both. For example, the system should not allow this, but the clock in was recorded twice and the clock out was ignored by the system. Any biometric system should block duplicity. Another point, I reported to the school that I had an incident, and even though I clock in as I always do, my biometric on 11/20 was not registered and consequently, as the school says, my clock out was not considered. The secretariat refused to help me. I asked to talk to the director and so far I’m waiting. In other schools, there always are flexible with the possibility after talking to the manager and the time marking is corrected without any problem to the students, since there was productive for the day. In this Ned College, everything related to Attendence the school refuses to help the student in specific cases. They hide systemic flaws such as the one that occurred in 22/11. What happened that day? Because they put the attendance manual for the students. The only thing I want is my corrected clock in on 20/11, because I was present at the class, there were productivity and participation and witnesses that I arrived in class on time. This situation is becoming humiliating and unfair. 🤨🙄😡
