Doesn’t work on my phone, but signing on the website works
I guess my iPhone is an old version and the Authenticator app doesn’t work for me. On my daughters newer iPhone, it works. But at least they’ve created an option to authenticate purchases when you sign in to the actual website. So that’s good. But I still wish it was easier to purchase stuff. Many times, I just use my USA credit card, PayPal, or select αντικαταβολή just to make the purchase faster.

Terrible interface.
As usual with NBG everything is far harder and more complicated and DOES NOT WORK. EXTREMELY FRUSTRATING. Crap app for a Crap bank.

Worst Application ever
App does not work, freezes and fingerprint reader does not work as well. I have also deleted and reinstalled this app several times to no avail. Customer service is non existent with NBG, this I cannot use my card for online purchases and the bank does not seem concerned at all. Time to change banks and do not waste your time in frustration like I did you will get nowhere real fast.
