The app allows useful but very limited controls. Why am I unable to adjust recirc settings etc from the app? That seems like a really dumb oversight. Also, much of the EMS data that is supposed to be displayed simply doesn’t populate in the app at all. No support from Navien, they don’t respond to questions or feedback. Overall the app is a major disappointment.

So you probably want this app just when your unit needs fixing. But the app does not let you create an account. It fails on the Country table. Seems they did not do basic QC. Does that indicate how my new heater will perform?

You cannot create an account. The support tab then sends you to a text number that doesn’t work.
