I used the application and noticed that when I click any menu icon, a progress view appears at the bottom of the screen. However, sometimes it doesn’t appear, and I end up closing the application. Could you fix the issue so that the loading indicator always appears at the center of the page?
I only use this app to check the busses and where buildings are and it’s not useful for even those functions. You cant scroll around or zoom in on the map at all. When looking for a building or a bus stop, every time you move or zoom on the map, it resets your location to show the entire campus. It’s not useful to see that your building is somewhere in the general NAU campus, I need to be able to zoom in and see how to get there. Same with bus stops.
I excitedly downloaded this app to use my EcoPass without needing my card, but it really isn’t that convenient. Literally every time I open the app, I have to log in again, which makes it very cumbersome when trying to board a bus. The EcoPass should be implemented as a pass in the Wallet app. Hopefully that is something that can be implemented, or at least the app is fixed to keep me signed in. I’m also bummed that I can’t load my faculty ID card to my Wallet app like the students have access to. It would be great to use my phone to get into my building during off hours. Hopefully that’s coming sooner rather than later.
