I love this app and all the variety of classes available. When traveling just bring some natural pilates booty bands and you never have to miss a workout, even with no props! So good for moms that can’t make it in to take a class, if you have a reformer you have even more options!

I have been practicing that Pilates for 20 years and reformer off and on for 15 years. This is probably the best reformer/ mat app and instruction I have used. Her directions are spot on and she clearly understands the human body. This review is coming from someone in medicine who nevee writes reviews. Try it!
