I *was* very happy with this app. The ability to search the catalog, request books from other libraries, check on my holds and due dates and do renewals is all very helpful. I would give 5 stars - but you have made it so I have to log in with my 14 digit library card number & pin every time I open the app. The app is on my phone - no one else uses it. I used to only need to put in the account # if I went on LILink to do a broader search. I find this really frustrating. Can’t you store my account number in the app and just ask for my pin? 4 digits I can remember. 14 - no way. Please fix this. Thank you.

What happened? When the app was first released, it was perfect. Then it was updated and a new UI was launched. It was not as easy to use and it did not save the library card number. Then the app was fixed and reverted back to the old UI. Now, the app has again returned to that UI that is not as easy to use, and does not save the library card number.

This App was perfect!! Now it no longer stores my library number so every time I want to check and renew my items (I have two children and between the three of us I easily have 20+ assorted books, DVDs and audio/book combos out at once) I have to type in my 14 digit login. It's worked perfectly for two years; I entered my login info one time and never had to re-enter it. Please fix this. I use this app all the time and without it I'd definitely owe lots in fines and subsequently use the library less. Thank you!
