Won’t let me complete an order because of “incorrect order total”. But the maths is right? Completely useless.

⭐ 1/5 I had a terrible experience with the Nando’s app and delivery service. I placed an order expecting it to arrive within the estimated time, but it was delayed by over an hour with no updates. The app provided no real-time tracking, and there was no way to get proper customer support. When I finally reached out, I received slow and unhelpful responses. For a well-known brand, I expected much better service. Being left waiting and hungry with no communication is unacceptable. Definitely won’t be using the app again unless they improve their delivery reliability and customer service!

I wish there can be split basting options for whole chicken orders through the site / app. It will save time from having to queue up. Will free up time for staff too.
