I have experienced most canadian ff apps to have many shortcomings. As a dual. And being able to do side by side comparisons. The only shortcoming is you have to decide when scanning the app. Claim and or redeem points. But not both at the same time. Aside from this small detail? The app ROCKS!

The app is fine I suppose. I have it so I can order food and be notified when it’s ready. My problem is that if I turn on these kinds of notifications, then I get other spam from the app with deals, offers, etc. No thanks. Ideally there would be separate settings for deal and offer notifications vs when your food is ready. Please improve your app, you food is wonderful.

It doesn’t take much to be an improvement over the dumpster fire that was near previous app. So at least this one is at least useable. I have a dairy allergy, and unlike most food ordering apps, there is no way to leave a comment with an order. So I’m forced to call the restaurant, which sometimes takes upwards of 15 minutes when they’re busy, to give them a heads-up about the allergy before I submit the order. And since it doesn’t appear on the ticket when I pick it up, I’m never 100% sure if the kitchen got the memo. At least this app lets you specify no perinaise, which the old dumpster fire did not. But there’s no excuse for this omission of a simple function. The other issue is more basic. Some items, such as bowls, can’t be ordered with sides. Other items can. Did they not perform QC testing?
