myVEGAS Slots - Real Rewards

The games are fun and it is great to be able to get real world rewards, but my husband and I both play and I have bought extra chips multiple times and he has not. My level is slightly higher than his, but he gets bigger rewards throughout the day. He also has way lower minimums to play in competitions. This most resent sweepstakes we can earn tickets for a real trip to Atlantis for a slot tournament. I have to bet a minimum of 4.5 million each spin to earn credit towards tickets. My husband only has to do 400k minimum spins to earn the same tickets. I end up having way less play and not being able to compete without purchasing. I feel like I was punished for purchasing and it is now harder to play without purchasing as compared to my husband who only does free play. I am guessing if you are targeted as a purchaser, they will do whatever it takes to make you keep buying to play. It really should be the opposite, if you pay to play, better odds and better perks since we are supporting this app with our real money. I recommend not purchasing chips since your experience will decrease unless they fix this HUGE problem. Nobody would even know they were being charged more to play if they weren’t comparing to another player, seems like pretty shady practices to punish your paying players. Disappointing. I am happy to change and update this review if this problem is addressed. Thank you.

These guys go to a lot of trouble to make their slots fun and entertaining. And they are good. They just forgot one thing. In the years I’ve played this game I’ve had one winning streak. ONE. They forgot to let them win even occasionally . So you either better be able to spend OR just be prepared to play a few minutes and then you’re out of chips. It’s frustrating because they ARE fun to play AND they do need to make money, however you should be able to go on a streak every ONCE in awhile. I just played 100,000,000 of chips. Left over from my one winning streak. On their bonus machine Alice in wonderland. I had 4 wins larger than my bet of 490,000 chips out of over 240 spins. That’s just not very often nor enough to keep me interested but their special is over tomorrow. So I kept spinning. If this was real I would have left many spins ago. I never got the free spins although the little watches showed up frequently. When Alice is supposed to slide down to the bonus that happened twice one was a win for several million chips the other was ZERO on a bonus. Alice comes up often but never slides to the prize. Extremely frustrating. They do have nice and fun slots but it seems like just a money grab instead of actual fun to play. 2nd best slots as far as design behind double down slots

I have been using this App for 4-5 months now, and have been enjoying it. I typically “bet” a small number of chips each spin. In the past, when I open the app, it has been defaulting to my most-recent “bet” amount. E.g. if I bet 40,000 chips each spin, my bet will still be 40,000 when I open the game again the next day. However, after an update last week, the app now defaults to the highest possible “bet” given your current number of chips. For example, if you typically bet 40,000 chips per spin, but you have 100,000,000 chips, the app will default to a 100,000,000 bet the next time you open the app. So you will lose all your chips on one spin, unexpectedly, because the developers decided to change your bet without your knowledge. I reached out to their support team, and I clearly explained this bug. I lost 500,000,000 chips (which I paid for) due to this bug, and their support team told me that it was my fault for not checking my bet amount (I haven’t had to check my bet amount in 5 months because this was never a problem). They refuse to give me my chips back, and make it seem like it’s my fault (rather than a very clear bug that I have documented in screenshot videos — I offered to share these videos with the support team but they have since ghosted me). Use this app at your own risk — their support has been extremely unhelpful, and downright insulting, and they are trying to take advantage of you by sneaking things into updates to get you to lose chips, forcing you to buy more.

The game is set up to time out your ability to earn free rewards coins for 24 hrs after you met your daily limit....? Then again, their other game POP SLOTS doesn’t do that but the timing of the free rewards coins is distributed differently. There is no time limits or quantity limits. The rewards come out of popping balloons that you earn through gambling. Not every bubble has the free rewards. No guarantee that you’ll get any at all. But they do force you to purchase coins by forcing you to lose all of your collected free playing coins. Gets pretty time consuming and sometimes even when you do make a purchase, the game makes you lose all your chips. The betting amounts are based on your total play coins available. I noticed a pattern of games not allowing any wins when you lower your betting amount. I find this to be a good business approach because these “free” rewards must be paid for but buying virtual playing coins from billions of people far exceeds your profit margins. I find it this approach very selfish. Although there is some value if you’re patient.

I used to love playing this game. I would play religiously. It used to be fun. It would have ups and downs but at least it was mostly fun. It started getting worse and bonuses were becoming rare so I stopped playing all together. I recently started up again since with 2 little ones, it’s hard to get out to the casino with my husband like we used to. Since i can’t go play for real, i thought this would help get me to our next date night out. But alas...It’s just so disappointing. I play MyVEGAS to get all pumped but it’s such a bummer that it makes me not even want to waste my time driving down to Bellagio or Aria. I have never redeemed any offers or used any points I’ve earned on here...I simply play for “fun” so I can’t comment on the rewards or buying of chips but as far as a fun game to occupy my time- it’s just not as fun as it used to be. I guess I can give an extra star though because after playing - I DON’T want to go to the casino. Thank you MyVEGAS for saving me actual money in your casinos. I feel the same way about this game as I do about playing slots in real life. I’ll spend all kinds of $ if you let me play and have fun. Gamblers like to “chase the big win” but if you don’t even give me a little play and the money I start with is gone in 2 seconds and I never even get a bonus and if I do I barely win my bet back... then I don’t even want to keep playing. Sadly most of the Vegas strip is also all take and no give anymore. Bummer because we really used to enjoy playing. So I will probably keep playing on free chips but for tight as these virtual machines are- I would never bother buying even a few chips to play. Not worth it.
